Our refund policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions (Terms of Business) previously supplied to you. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and our refund policy is in accordance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct.

Refunds cannot be made where the monies have already been used or allocated to satisfy third party expenses or for legal work that has already been undertaken.
