About Us

Family Law Consultants was originally set up as a Partnership in 2008 with the aim to provide specialist family law services in a modern flexible way. The firm has grown over the years and became a Limited Company in 2021.

Our Head Office is in Leamington Spa and the consultants are spread throughout the Midlands. The majority of our work is carried out electronically by video call, email and telephone for your convenience. We also have a network of meeting rooms to ensure that if need to meet with your consultant face to face, you can do so locally.

All of the team are excellent Advocates conducting the majority of their own court hearings, ensuring you the best service with a personal friendly touch. In cases that require it, we also work closely with a number of Barrister's Chambers.

For complex cases, we are able to work as a team and draw on the wide level of experience we have throughout the firm. Each of the consultants, brings a unique approach to our firm, offering different perspectives adding to our wealth of knowledge. Our solicitor Directors also consult on cases providing their expert opinion, where required.

When you arrange an initial consultation with one of our consultants, our friendly central team booking your appointment will listen to your requirements, to ensure you are placed with the consultant best able to meet your needs. We are also able to advise you about your nearest consultant, if this is important to you, as a working knowledge of the local court can be highly beneficial.
